Return Policy

Satellite Phone Service (SPS) offers a 30day return policy on almost all items. Returned products must arrive in our office, located at 4375 Twain Avenue, San Diego, CA, 92101, no later than 30 days after they were originally received by the customer. All returned products are subject to a 15%r restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstance. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned items must be shipped via a method which will allow for proof of delivery to SPS that must be verified by and accessible to SPS online. Returned itms must be packaged in such a way that ensures their integrity during the shipping process to avoid possible damage during the shipping process. In order to qualify for a refund the product or products must be in the same condition as sold to the customer and must include the product all manuals, parts and all original packaging materials. If any product or products purchased from SPS are found to be defective, then SPS, or the product manufacturer, will pay for return shipping costs. This 'Return Policy' does not apply to the following items:

  • Prepaid Airtime Cards
  • Car Kits
  • Portable docking kits
  • FAU-200 fixed phone
  • GSP2800/2900 fixed phone
  • Satellite Fixed Phones
  • Special order or made to order products or accessories
